About Me

In the Army, I learned what it means to build readiness from the ground up. I inherited a unit with zero licensed drivers and transformed it into a fully mission-capable team. I trained over 1,300 service members in civil disturbance operations and led soldiers through California's largest wildfire response.

Since transitioning from military operations to corporate security leadership, I've built and managed a $1.83M personal book of business and oversee a team portfolio exceeding $4.2M. With more than $6M in completed projects, I've delivered measurable results in executive protection, risk mitigation, and high-value asset security.

My mission is simple: to create environments where teams thrive, risks are mitigated, and direction always comes before speed.

Motivation

"Direction over speed." That principle has guided me from the battlefield to the boardroom.

From the battlefield to the boardroom, I've built a career on one principle: direction over speed. Whether orchestrating complex logistics for Fortune 500 leadership, designing security frameworks for critical infrastructure, or leading troops through California's largest wildfire — the discipline is the same.

I've earned multiple commendations including recognition from the Governor of California — not for individual achievement, but for leading teams to succeed under the toughest conditions. That same standard drives everything I do in corporate security leadership today.
